The Catawba Valley Pride Board of Directors announce our 14th Annual Pride Festival will be held at The SALT Block, located at 243 Third Avenue NE Hickory, NC, 28601 on Saturday, September 09, 2023 from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM. This is a family friendly event featuring a vendor fair, drag entertainment, music, dancing, and “The world’s smallest (but most fabulous) Pride Parade!”.
Board President Leo Morton states: “Pride events like ours are more important than ever. Pride is about human rights: The right to live, love, and thrive. Come, our LGBTQ+ community and allies, let’s celebrate with each other as we are the tapestry that makes up this beautiful community. Let’s all stand with one another in unity!”
