2024 Pride Volunteer Application

Thank you for helping us create a wonderful pride event.

Please indicate how many hours you can work to help.  Listed below are the needs

Set up 8am - 10am. (help vendors and CVP unpack supplies, set up canopies, etc)

Decorate 8am- 10am (decorate event space with provided decorations)

Pack up 3pm -4pm (help vendors and CVP pack up supplies, pick up trash, etc)

Greeter 9:45 - 12 (be a friendly face saying "Welcome", pass out stickers, answer questions)

Greeter 1:30 - 3 (be a friendly face saying "Welcome", pass out stickers, answer questions)

Greeter 12 - 1:30 (be a friendly face saying "Welcome", pass out stickers, answer questions)

Bling Tent 9:45 - 12 (help folks get their bling on with provided decorations)

Bling Tent 12 - 2  (help folks get their bling on with provided decorations)

Bling Tent 2 - 4  (help folks get their bling on with provided decorations; pack up)

Info/Merchandise 9 - 12 (direct vendors to reserved spots, sell t-shirts, etc. answer questions, etc.)

Info/Merchandise 12 - 3 (sell t-shirts, etc. answer questions, etc.)

Parking Attendant 9 AM to 12 Noon (Help navigate parking, be a friendly face)

Parking Attendant 12 to 4 PM (Help Navigate and assist folks in disembarking the property)
